Personally Identifiable Information is any information that can be used to identify you as an individual, and may include your name, address, email address, phone number, login information, account number and password.

Iometrix collects and uses your PII for several purposes that include but are not limited to creating accounts and user lists, providing customer service and support and allowing access to certain areas of the website.

Iometrix retains your PII no longer than is necessary for the purposes indicated above.

Iometrix will never sell any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that may be collected (1) directly from you, such as your contact information (2) from server logs that track your activity on Iometrix servers or (3) from cookies, to a third party for the purposes of marketing without your consent.

Iometrix always maintains control of your PII and only permits authorized employees to have access to it unless we are legally required to disclose certain information.

Iometrix makes every effort to keep your PII up-to-date and accurate and provides you with convenient access to your PII so that you can verify it and request corrections that Iometrix commits to promptly address.

Iometrix takes certain appropriate security measures to help protect your PII from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, Iometrix cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will always be unable to defeat the security measures that are in place.
